Budget workshops begin this week with sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday night at 6 p.m. in Room 3211 at Town Hall, 413 North Main Street. The public is encouraged to attend.

The Mooresville Town Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday, May 6 at 6 p.m. in the Executive Board Room at Town Hall, 413 North Main Street. The public is encouraged to attend.

Global Youth Service Day - May 4
On Saturday, May 4 from 9 a.m. - Noon youth throughout Mooresville will gather to work on service projects that benefit our entire community. Global Youth Service Day celebrates and mobilizes millions of young people who improve their communities through service and is the largest service event in the world dedicated to children and youth. Work projects include landscaping, community gardening, painting, letter writing and more. Event is open to youth ages 6 - 18. (Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.) Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
Public Comment Meeting for I-77 Air Quality Conformity - April 16
The Lake Norman Rural Planning Organization will hold a public comment meeting on the I-77 HOT Lane Air Quality Conformity Process on Tuesday, April 16 from 5-7 pm in the Lowrance Room of the Charles Mack Citizen Center.
