Public Works Buildings & Grounds provide building repairs and grounds maintenance services to all Town-owned facilities.

Buildings crews handle the upkeep and minor repairs in all Town-owned buildings.

Grounds crews maintain the playing fields, playgrounds and landscaping at Town parks. They provide professionally-maintained playing surfaces for baseball, softball, soccer, tennis, football and lacrosse, as well as walking trails and park benches. Also, crews provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services at the Mooresville Golf Course, Town-owned cemeteries, and more than 400 acres of property.
